OCS Alternative Energy Programmatic EIS Schedule

The Draft Programmatic EIS was issued in March 2007, the Final Programmatic EIS in November 2007, and the Record of Decision in December 2007.

The public scoping process began for the Draft OCS Alternative Energy Programmatic EIS when the Notice of Intent was published in the Federal Register on May 5, 2006 and and ended July 5, 2006. The Draft Programmatic EIS was issued in March 2007. The Final Programmatic EIS was published in November 2007, and the Record of Decision in December 2007. NOTE: Preparation of the EIS is a complex process, and publication and comment period dates are subject to change. Schedule updates will be posted on this Web site when they are available.
